Our Approach

Our flexible approach to how we structure our services and fees is what sets us apart.

  • We offer services on a fixed-fee basis which can be paid in full upfront or in monthly instalments over the duration of a project.

    Suitable for HR Foundations Projects, Training and Bespoke Projects.

  • We can be engaged on an hourly basis with a minimum engagement of 3 hours.

    Suitable for External HR Management Services and some Bespoke Projects.

  • We can be engaged on a retainer basis with the number of hours of HR support per month determined by you.

    Suitable for External HR Management Services.

We work with you to determine the most appropriate fee structure, based on the services and level of support required.
